Jon has been working in the fitness industry for over 5 years. He received his B.S. in physical therapy from Bradley University and his Personal Training certification from NACM. He is also certified as a corrective exercise specialist, poster specialist as well as functional movement screen certified. With his background of working alongside physical therapists, Jon will help you keep your joints healthy while developing a program that challenges you and helps you meet your goals. His main focuses are functional training, posture, stability and balance.
