Aqua HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Lap Pool (3'1/2"-10') Must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water. This high-intensity interval routine with periods for short recover is set to music. Moves from shallow to deep.

Aqua Hydrotone

Lap Pool (3'1/2"-10') Must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water. A high level of cardiovascular, strength training and muscle toning class set to music, utilizing resistance equipment.

YMCA Aqua Arthritis Program

Family Pool (3'1/2"-4'1/2") No swimming skills required. Low-intensity class in warm water focuses on working out joint movement, muscle strengthening and flexibility with range-of-motion exercises.

Deep Water Aerobics

Deep Water Aerobics is held in the Lap Pool.  Must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water.  Freat for anyone who is comfortable in deep water and needs a "no impact" class.  Work aerobically while toning core muscles.

Prenatal/Postpartum Aqua Exercise*

Family Pool (3'1/2"-4'1/2") No swimming skills required. This water fitness class will help you tone, strengthen, increase flexibility, boost your energy, and aid in delivery as well as postpartum recovery. Click here to register.

Shallow Water Aerobics

Family Pool (3'1/2"-4'1/2") No swimming skills required. You pick your intensity using barbells and noodles in shallow water.

Wabata

Family Pool (3'1/2"-4'1/2")No swimming skills required. A medium to intense shallow water interval workout using aquatic barbells and noodles.
