Fresenius Launches Foundation to Raise CKD Awareness and Donates to YMCA

In an effort to raise awareness of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and transplantation, Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA, Waltham, MA) has launched the Fresenius Medical Care Foundation. To commence their launch, the foundation has donated $50,000 toward the YMCA of Metro Chicago’s summer camp program offered to children with medical needs, such as kidney disease and diabetes.
