Graham Little earned his Master’s Degree, in Recreation Administration - Outdoor Pursuits, from Aurora University. Prior to that, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree, in Private/Commercial Recreation, from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He has served  as a raft guide, canoe and sea kayak instructor, as well as the outdoor program technician at one of the nations largest parks and recreation departments in Charleston, South Carolina. Graham has worked in a variety of camp settings throughout the United States. He has managed camps in McHenry County since 2002. He currently serves as the Senior Program Director at SAGE and oversees all youth, family and fitness programs.

Favorite Hobbies: Family time, cycling, fixing old bikes, disc golf and camping.

Sue Owsiany

Sue Owsiany has been working as the YMCA’s Preschool Director for 17 years. Sue first started in Early Childhood Education as a volunteer at her children’s preschool. Realizing it was her passion, Sue pursued her education in Montessori Early Childhood Education. She then began teaching in a Montessori Preschool while in Chicago. After moving to McHenry County and she found the wonderful opportunity working for the Y. Sue thinks there is no job better than teaching. Each day is different, and children are a constant source of amazement.

Favorite Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, watching Home Improvement and Cooking TV programs with her husband, shopping and spending as much time as possible in the SUN!
