Are you looking for a work out that is creative, takes only 45 minutes, and gives you amazing results? Then come join the Sage YMCA’s Tabata class.
Tabata is the world’s greatest fat burning work out to improve overall fitness and even help with weight loss. This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class utilizes 8 exercises all done in 4 minute intervals. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
