Turn up the heat with our Outdoor Cardio Boot Camp!

 

Challenge your body with a full range of cardiovascular, plyometric and endurance exercises, all while enjoying the great outdoors. This class is great for teens looking for summer conditioning and adults who want a challenging cardio workout! This class is for the intermediate to advanced participant.  

 

Summer 1 (6 Weeks) 6/5-7/16

Summer 2 (5 Weeks) 7/17-8/20

 

Wednesdays   6:00-6:45pm

Fridays    9:30-10:15am

 

Registration is required.

Space is limited to 12 participants per class.
