A plank a day keeps the doctor away!
Having a strong core is key in order for us to enjoy everyday activities like walking, running and sports by supporting our bodies to remain in an upright position. Additionally, a strong core can also help to correct or prevent poor posture. In order to help you strengthen your core, we have created the one-month plank challenge!
This challenge is FREE for members! Tracking and instruction sheets are available in the Fitness Center starting May 30.
Complete a plank for the time duration each day of June. Initial each day on the tracking sheet once you complete it. At the end of the month, turn in your completed calendar tracker to the Front Desk and be entered into a raffle to win on FREE month of VEEP Visual Exercise and Eating Program!
