Gang Intervention
Created as a response to growing violence among Chicago street gangs with a strong presence in 11 at-risk communities.
Housing
Providing four different types of housing: Supportive, Senior/HUD, Homeless Young Adults and Hotel Accommodations.
Expectant and New Parent Services
Working to reduce the infant mortality rate of children born to low-income families on the west side of Chicago.
Senior Services
Meeting the needs of seniors throughout our service areas with programs designed specifically for them.
