Improving our muscular strength and endurance improves our ability to complete activities that are more strenuous and to perform daily activities by reducing fatigue with movement. In order to help you improve your muscular strength and endurance we have created the August Push-up Challenge!
Grab a tracking sheet at the Center and complete it with the given number of push-ups for each day. If the standard push-ups become too difficult switch to the alternative pushups. Initial each day on the tracking sheet once you complete it. At the end of the month, turn in your completed calendar tracker to the Front Desk and be entered into a raffle to win on FREE month of VEEP Visual Exercise and Eating Program.
