Training and Leadership Development
At the YMCA of Metro Chicago we believe in developing cause-driven leaders. We do this by providing a work culture that fosters the learning and professional development of all staff. It is our goal as an organization to invest resources in creating a leadership pipeline full of leaders who are passionate and dedicated to our three areas of focus: healthy living, youth development and social responsibility.
One way for us to show our commitment to learning and professional development is to provide strong training and leadership development programs and initiatives. On this page you will find many tools and resources that will assist you as you map out your Y career with Metro Chicago. We support and encourage all employees to seek out leadership development opportunity and grow with the association.
