NEW 2018 Summer Registration Procedures

Summer registration for the 2018 season is different than years past.  The October 15th and November returning camper deadline and registration drawing day will no longer be in effect.  The following are the 1) Registration 2) Payment and 3) Cancellation Policies for both returning and new campers.

REGISTRATION POLICY 

1.) Returning Camper Reservation Priority: If you rented and stayed in a cabin during 2017 and your family plans to reserve the same cabin for the corresponding week(s) for the 2018 summer, your DEPOSIT (see payment policy below) and CAMPER REGISTRATION FORM must be completed at the ONLINE WEB PORTAL or return a registration form, with deposit, to Camp Nawakwa, 13400 Camp Nawakwa Lane, Lac du Flambeau, WI 54538.  The registration must be returned with your $50 deposit 30 days after your current stay ends to retain your cabin.  We need this to protect you as a returning camper.  However if you miss the 30 day window, you can still reserve the cabin but it is also available to anyone. I.e.  If you attended Program Week 3 (June 24-July 1, 2017) your registration and deposit is due July 31, 2017.  Email reminders will be sent.  Please see Returning Camper Registration Due Dates below.

2.) Elm, Tamarack, Willow, Willow, Hickory & Spruce cabins will also carry a RETURNING CAMPER RESERVATION PRIORITY during all weeks EXCEPT 7, 8, 9 & 10

a.) CABIN DONORS (those who donated a specific dollar amount to construct the cabin) have priority on weeks 7, 8, 9 & 10 and must submit their registration for the 2018 summer by July 1, 2017 (all deposit and cancellation fees apply)

3.) Bridge Builder will also carry a RETURNING CAMPER RESERVATION PRIORITY during ALL weeks EXCEPT 8 & 9. 

a.) BRIDGE BUILDER DONORS (those who donated a specific dollar amount to construct the Bridge Builder) have priority on weeks 8 & 9 and must submit their registration for the 2018 summer by July 1, 2017 (all deposit and cancellation fees apply). 

4.) New Campers can begin reserving open cabins Tuesday, July 4 and then can reserve each subsequent week as cabins “go live” after returning camper 30 day registration priority window passed. REGISTER HERE.

 

PAYMENT POLICY – All Payment Options Activate October 1, 2017

Monthly Payment Option ($50 deposit Required – monthly payments begin in October)

  1. Registration, deposit, and auto payments can be arranged with the Nawakwa staff by phone, email, etc.
  2. $50 deposit required upon registration.                                                  
  3. Remaining balance divided between equal monthly installments (payments auto charged as agreed).
  4. Final monthly payment due June 1st.

Three Payment Option ($50 deposit required-payment plan activates October 1)

  1. Registration, can be completed through the ONLINE WEB PORTAL, or by contacting the Nawakwa staff.
  2. $50 is due upon registration.
  3. The first payment less the $50 deposit will be charged on October 1st.
  4. 50% of the remaining balance is due on February 1st (Payment will be auto charged if you don’t set up the payment or miss the payment).
  5. Final Payment is due on June 1st (Payment will be auto charged if you don’t set up the payment or miss the payment).
  6. Registrations made after June 1st, full payment is due.

Two Payment Option ($50 deposit required-payment plan activated October 1)

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A DEPOSIT MUST ACCOMPANY THE REGISTRATION FORM TO BE ACCEPTED. The deposit and subsequent payments are applied to the balance due and are refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee, for cancellations made before December 1, 2017.  After December 1, 2017, deposits and any payments made are not refunded unless the cabin is rebooked by A NEW FAMILY NOT YET REGISTERED.  We give Camp Nawakwa permission to charge our credit card per the agreed payment plan.  Multiple cabin registrations are assessed a multiple cabin cancellation fee.  Regarding multiple cabin cancellations; if you cancel one cabin, the fee you have paid on the cancelled cabin will rollover only after the cabin has rebooked by a family not yet registered. A $75 cancellation fee is applied. Final payments are due 6/1/2018.
