2018 Summer Registration Now Open!

Register today and secure your space for summer family camp!  If you're not sure what cabin or week you prefer, review the availability chart here. Also, camp has a variety of cabins to choose from and you can view the ammenities and lake views on the accomodations page.  Please read the deposit and calleation policy below.  If you have any questions at all, please call the office at 715.588.7422 to speak with a camp professional.  

PAYMENT POLICY – All Payment Options Activate After the Deposit is Secured

Monthly Payment Option ($50 deposit Required – monthly payments begin the month after the deposit is submitted)

  1. Registration, deposit, and auto payments can be arranged with the Nawakwa staff by phone, email, etc.
  2. $50 deposit required upon registration.                                                  
  3. Remaining balance divided between equal monthly installments (payments auto charged as agreed).
  4. Final monthly payment due June 1st.  If you register after June 1st, 50% of the the payment is due two weeks after you register, and final balance is due two weeks prior to attending.

Three Payment Option ($50 deposit required- payments begin the month after the deposit is submitted)

  1. Registration, can be completed through the ONLINE WEB PORTAL, or by contacting the Nawakwa staff.
  2. $50 is due upon registration.
  3. The first payment less the $50 deposit will be charged two weeks after the deposit is secured.
  4. 50% of the remaining balance is due on February 1st (Payment will be auto charged if you don’t set up the payment or miss the payment). If registering after February 1st, then the second payment is due April 1. 
  5. Final Payment is due on June 1st (Payment will be auto charged if you don’t set up the payment or miss the payment).  If you register after June 1st, 50% of the the payment is due two weeks after you register, and final balance is due two weeks prior to attending. 
  6. Registrations made after June 1st, full payment is due.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A DEPOSIT MUST ACCOMPANY THE REGISTRATION FORM TO BE ACCEPTED. The deposit and subsequent payments are applied to the balance due and are refundable, less a $75.00 cancellation fee, for cancellations made before December 1, 2017.  After December 1, 2017, deposits and any payments made are not refunded unless the cabin is rebooked by A NEW FAMILY NOT YET REGISTERED.  We give Camp Nawakwa permission to charge our credit card per the agreed payment plan.  Multiple cabin registrations are assessed a multiple cabin cancellation fee.  Regarding multiple cabin cancellations; if you cancel one cabin, the fee you have paid on the cancelled cabin will rollover only after the cabin has rebooked by a family not yet registered. A $75 cancellation fee is applied. Final payments are due 6/1/2018, unless otherwise agreed upon.
