Experience the benefits of water resistance to improve cardiovascular ability, strength, balance and flexibility.

Aquanastics

Water exercise program for beginner and intermediate participants that uses water as resistance with a cardio component. Participants must wear water shoes.

Total Body Tone

This class is a high-intensity class focusing on stretching, flexibility, range of motion, balance and stability, joint protection, strength and conditioning utilizing weights, bells, double bells, power bands, medicine balls and ropes.

Deep Water Aerobics

Taught in deep water using various resistance equipment, this class is high-intensity and low-impact. Participants must have deep water swimming skills.

SilverSplash®

A low-intensity aquatic workout that uses special equipment for water exercise. This class is free to all members and is sponsored by Humana

Aqua Zumba

Known as the Zumba "pool party", Aqua Zumba blends spicy Latin rhythms and high-energy international music into safe, challenging, invigorating workouts that are cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

YMCA Arthritis Foundation

This program is for people with joint mobility issues. Must provide a signed physician's consent form. All participants must have water shoes.

Aqua Pilates

Pilates principles and exercises adapted for the water and designed to increase core strength, balance, flexibility, stability and full range of motion.
