Motivation: Your personal trainer is an educator, role model, confidant, and a major source of encouragement.

Consistency: Your personal trainer helps eliminate any excuses you have for not exercising and will develop the most effective program for you based on your fitness evaluation and personal goals. Free 30-Minute Consultation

With the purchase of 3 or more personal training sessions, clients will receive a free 30-minute consultation. Clients will discuss goal setting with a certified personal trainer to determine the best path to fitness success based on individual needs. Base line measurements will also be taken in the forms of a body composition test and a three-minute step test.

Sport Specific Personal Training (Age 12+)

Work with a personal trainer to gain that extra edge in competition no matter what your personal goal. Athlete can improve speed, agility, power, endurance, strength or range of motion with specific drills for the demands of their sport. 

Partner Personal TrainingPersonal Training

Working out with a friend not only keeps you accountable but makes the workout more enjoyable. During partner personal training, a certified personal trainer tailors a workout to meet the needs of both participants through exciting and effective exercise. 

30-Minute Personal Training

Short on time to exercise? Whatever your goal, this quick session will support your busy schedule and accommodate your need for results.

Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training is a great way to get the personalized attention you need while enjoying the fun and motivation of getting fit with your friends. With Group PT, you can chose to work out in a group of 3-4 guided by a certified personal trainer. Get a personalized workout at an affordable price. All you need to do is find a group that would like to work out together, pick a day and time and contact the Health & Wellness Director at 847.410.5141 to get started!
