Fall in love with Fitness this October at the Leaning Tower YMCA. We are excited to introduce two new classes onto our group fitness schedule.

STRONG by Zumba, Tuesday at 6:30 pm

Body weight muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training is all synced to the music is guaranteed to challenge your entire body! Explosive movements are interchanged with isometric exercises for maximum results. In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes!

BARRE Burn, Friday at 10:15 am

Based on a fusion of Pilates and classic barre techniques, this result driven class incorporates the perfect blend of deep muscle toning with resistance, the grace of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates.
