Sports conditioning sessions is a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and improve your sports performance. Work with collegiate athlete and personal trainer, Alyssa, to boost your athletic performance!
The sessions are designed to:
• Increase strength of entire body
• Increase muscle mass
• Increase fitness and conditioning level
• Improve posture and functional strength
• Increase agility
