Rentals and Groups

We have various party rental packages. All of our parties include a party room, one slice of pizza per person, beverage, paper products, and party host/hostess. Fee is for 12 participants, $6 charge for each additional participant. Limit 20 children per party. Please note a Facility User Agreement Form is required to be completed and signed by every birthday party guest/and or parent. Please contact the Member Service Desk for these forms.

Animal Safari Party (ages 3-6)
Let's go on a wild safari adventure, create an animal craft and play some wild games.

Princess Party (ages 3-9)
Every girl's dream! Design a sparkling crown, learn some princess dances and dress up as your favorite princess for the party. Activities include: Dress-up, Pin the Tiara on the Princess, make-up and nails.

Pirate and Mermaid Party (ages 3-9)
Ay Matey! Enjoy underwater buried treasure crafts and games, as well as scavenger hunt appropriate for both boys and girls. Activities include: Pin the treasure on the map, treasure map scavenger hunt, design a pirate or princess hat or a treasure box.

Sports Party (ages 5 and up)
A great option for active children. Choose from a variety of sports.

$175 Member; $230 Community Participant

Pool Party
Two hour party. All pool parties include one slice of pizza per person, beverage, paper products and a party host/hostess. Fee is for 12 participants, $6 for each additional participant. Limit of 20 children per party. Each party participant who is not a member must have a signed waiver at the time of the party. Pick up waiver forms at the Member Service Desk when you book the party. Pool party includes one hour of reserved time in the training pool plus one hour in a party room.

Do-it-Yourself Party
Do you like to be in charge of the party details but are simply looking for a space to hold your party? Maybe you just don't have enough space at home. This is the option for you. We provide the space and a host/hostess for two hours to assist you with using our facility. You provide the food, decorations and whatever else you want.

Do-it-Yourself Party Fee:
$85 Member; $130 Community Participant

Preschool Party - Now your preschooler can celebrate their special day with their preschool preschool friends right after school! Select a theme from above, a time below and we will do the rest! Everything is included in a theme party is included in the 1 1/2 hour preschool party.
Fri 11:30am-1pm, 12-1:30pm, 12:30-2pm

Preschool Party Fee:
$135 Members; $190 Community Participant

Facility Rentals - Hold your next meeting, scout or youth group overnight, baby shower or special activity at the Y! Subject to availabilty, our program rooms and studios are available for rent to groups whose purpose and objectives are generally compatible to those of the YMCA.
