Small group training classes are limited to 5 people. We focus on personalized guidance, weight training and functional exercises. The trainer gives each participant guidance with workouts to complete on their own as well.

Class is offered Wednesdays at 8:30AM. 

Spring 1 session is currently underway. Spring 2 session begins Wednesday 4/13.

8 week session fee: $144 Members, $192 for Non-Members
