Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.

Tai chi helps reduce stress and anxiety. And it also helps increase flexibility and balance.

Tai Chi is now available at the Kroehler Y!!  
Fall 1 Session:  Fridays  8:45 - 9:30 am (space is still available for this session)

Fall 2 Session:  Wednesday 10:45 -11:30 am
 
Fridays  8:45 - 9:30 am 

It is only $22 to sign up for 8 weeks of Tai Chi for Y members.

Fall 1 session fees will be pro-rated for anyone who joins the class now.
