Another Weekly Blog Post to Keep You Motivated and Inspired!"
This week we wanted to share with you the success of one of our members here at the Kroehler YMCA.
Paula Skryja has been a personal training client of Kara Mason. Within 6 months, Paula has completed a 15K bike race and two 5K races (she also ran the Turkey Trot). She has also completely changed her diet and is almost 20 lbs down!
Way to go Paula! Keep it going!
