Fitness Classes

Participate in a wide variety of free cardio, strength and flexibility classes included in a Y membership.

Did you know that IPY offers more than 25 free ways to get in shape. Zumba, Nia, Pilates, Yoga, PIYO, Step, Cardio Burn, Group Cycle….the list goes on. Best of all these classes are all FREE with your membership, all you have to do is show up. All of our classes are taught by highly motivated professionally trained staff. Free fitness classes offer: FUN, VARIETY, CHALLENGE AND SOMETHING NEW. You can pick up a yellow schedule at the front desk today and take a class this evening.

Cross-training is a great way to get in shape and our classes offer the opportunity to do just that. If you are tired of the same old routine, come on in and break out of your fitness rut. IPY offers classes that will help you get in physical shape and provide focus to your spirit and mind. Wellness options include free Commit to Be Fit appointments, Sauna, Steam and fee based Massage.

If you are looking for even more of a challenge sign up and join one of IPY’s fantastic Bootcamp style classes. These classes are fee based and are offered on the same session schedule as the rest of the classes at IPY. Bootcamp classes offer a high intensity cardio, strength and weight workout that is sure to get you to your optimal fitness level.
