Increase your speed, agility and strength and be prepared to sweat in this boot camp style interval training boxing class.
Hand wraps not required, but highly recommended. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
• Will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays (Sept 6-Oct 25) from 6-7 p.m.
• Cost will be $75 for members, $150 for potential members
• Drop in rate will be $12 or members, $15 for non members
• Class will take place in the Small Gym
Other details to know:
• First 5-7 minutes of each class will be a warm up and jump rope
• Most of the class work will involve working in pairs with punches on the focus mitts and footwork
• Each class will end with core work followed by stretching
*We recommend bringing your own gloves if you plan on being a regular participant.
