NEW YOUTH FITNESS CLASSES!
This program is great for kids ages 8-12. Participants will learn about athletic form and technique, motor skill development, balance and flexibility and strength and endurance. 

WHEN?
Mondays @ 6:15-7:00pm
Tuesdays @ 7:15pm-8:30pm

WHERE?
The Multipurpose Room

WHAT?
Through fun, engaging challenges and games your children will work on developing skills through dynamic movement and exercise. Build the foundation and groundwork for later years of development in a safe & healthy environment!
