Celebrate the NEW YEAR with challenging your fitness with our signature ACTIVE8 New Year’s Body Transformation and Weight Loss Challenge!

STOP WISHING, START DOING! The High Ridge YMCA Fitness & Personal Training team will guide you through the 8-week challenge to motivate you, and keep you on track to reach your goals!

On Saturday, January 13, 2018 there will be an Active8 Orientation, and kick-off workout! During the orientation we will go over important challenge details, distribute helpful workout and nutrition tracking documents, discuss the Active8 Personal Training Special, and answer all your questions!

         Orientation Times: 9:15-9:45am
                                          9:45-10:15am
         Kick-Off Workout: 10:30-11:15am 

 

BODY PUMP RELEASE 104 – LAUNCH PARTY

Start the New Year with a new Body Pump release! Your High Ridge YMCA Body Pump Instructors are ready to pump into the New Year with everyone.

Join us on Saturday, January 13th at 8:00AM to experience Body Pump Release 104.

NEW TIME: Thursday Night Tabata >> moving to 6:30-7:15pm with Courtney
