Join our Knitters Circle and learn the basic knitting stitches of garter stitch, stockinette, stitch, ribbing and more. Lean how to read a pattern along with the techniques needed to create beautiful hand-made items to enjoy and share. Enjoy this lifelong skill while socializing with individuals with similar interests.
Materials required for this class:
-One skein of solid, light-colored worsted weight (medium) yarn
-One pair Size 8 straight knitting needles, 10” or 14”
Classes: Tuesdays 6-7:30pm/Wednesdays 11am-12:30pm
Join the Y Knot Knitters for some open knitting time where you can learn a new stitch, share tips and ideas, start a new project or show off what you are working on. Enjoy the fellowship of others one stitch at a time!
*Workshops are not designed for intensive instruction. Limited assistance will be available, but please keep in mind that workshops are designed to be a social opportunity to share with other participants.
