Celebrate the NEW YEAR with challenging your fitness with our signature ACTIVE8 New Year’s Body Transformation and Weight Loss Challenge!
STOP WISHING, START DOING! The High Ridge YMCA Fitness & Personal Training team will guide you through the 8-week challenge through weekly weigh-ins, weekly email challenges, tips, and workout guides. Within the challenge, there will be special group training promotions, and accountability to keep you on track to reach your goals!
The Challenge will run from Sunday, January 14 through Saturday, March 10.
Registration will open on Monday, December 11, 2017!
