Adrienne loves to take care of her health, and that’s where her passion to help others do the same grew from. She is a certified personal trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE), and she is also a certified group exercise and cycling instructor through the YMCA. Adrienne’s workout techniques would be best described as safe, challenging and fun. The reason Adrienne is so motivated to stay healthy is because, after she hired a Y personal trainer to help she and her husband become healthier, she realized how much of a positive outcome it can have on a person’s life. Having a personal trainer that motivated her, inspired her to fulfill her dreams and become a personal trainer herself. She continues to inspires others, and has been a trainer for the YMCA for 3 years. Adrienne loves to lift heavy weights, cook and garden. Her favorite post workout snack is a peanut butter and chocolate protein shake. She graduated college from University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) with a degree in Civil Engineering, but now she enjoys a different kind of building. Adrienne loves to get her clients pumped up with the song "Don’t Stop Believing" by Journey. Her favorite muscle group to work out is her hamstrings and glutes; she believes that squatting and deadlifts are her most effective workout. Adrienne's favorite motivational quote is "Baby steps are the key to success, and one bad meal isn’t going to ruin a journey."
