TAI CHI  is moving meditation, strengthening of mental focus, improved balance, agility, strength, and coordination while flowing through the soft and hard movements of this ancient form of martial arts. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. 

Please join us for a free trial the week of April 10th on Tuesday, April 11th at 7 a.m., Thursday, April 13th at 11:45 a.m., and Saturday, April 15th at 11 a.m.

Spring 2 classes begin the week of April 17th at the following times:

Tuesdays from 7-7:45 a.m. or Thursdays from 11:45-12:30 p.m.

Saturday classes begin on May 6th at 11 a.m.

Fees: $38 member / $76 non-member
