Infant Child Care
We provide children ages 6 weeks through 8 years old an opportunity to play and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
Strong Kids Center:
Strong Kids Center provides drop-in childcare services while their parent and/or guardian are using the services of our facility. We provide children ages 6 weeks through 8 years old an opportunity to play and learn in a safe and nurturing environment.
Children ages 6 weeks through 6 months are allowed in the center for a maximum of 1 hour per day. Children ages 7 months through 8 years old may play in Strong Kids Center for up to 2 hours per day.
Parents and/or guardians must remain in the building while their children are using the services of Strong Kids Center.
Staff: Children who join us in the Strong Kids Center are cared for by well-trained and experienced YMCA staff. Our staff are selected on the basis of maturity, leadership capabilities, patience and understanding and are trained in CPR/First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention. Staff are not allowed to change diapers.
Activities: Children can choose from a wide assortment of activities from arts/crafts to imagination stations, story time and much more. There is something for all children to enjoy!

*Add $2/hr for each additional child of the same family.
Individuals who are visiting the facility and who have paid for a guest pass may use the services of Strong Kids Center at no charge.
Individuals who are using a FREE guest pass must pay the hourly fee to use the services of Strong Kids Center.

Kids Adventure Time:
Previously known as Tot Lot, this newly revamped activity has been reformed to become a structured program. Per participant feedback, we have created structured drop off programs listed below for both member and program member convenience. Punch cards are readily available for discounted prices at the member relations desk. Fees listed below are daily fees and not the punch card fees.

Tumble Time
It’s time to run around and burn off some energy! This program will focus on various games, sports and other healthy activities.
Program is offered on a first come/first served basis and is limited to 20 participants.

Creative Kids Corner
This program will get the youngest members thinking and doing. During this program, children will create arts and crafts projects. Crafts may be centered on a story of the week or seasonal events. Program is offered on a first come/first served basis and is limited to 20 participants.

Splish Splash Bash
If you like playing in the pool, then this program is for you. Participants ages 3-8 can join the pool party on Friday mornings.
Children must come dressed in their swimsuits and must be completely toilet trained. They will meet at 9am in the pool viewing area or on the pool deck to enjoy supervised recreational swimming in our instructional pool. Children must be picked up from the pool at 10:30am. Program is offered on a first come/first served basis and is limited to 20 participants.
