Community Outreach
Our mission doesn’t live in a building. It’s far too big and too important to be confined to just one place. Day in and day out, we’re out there, in the community, helping kids and families, one at a time.
In 2010 alone, the Foglia YMCA gave back to the community over $220,000 in financial assitance for membership and programming. We never turn anyone way base on his or her ability to pay;

It’s not easy and we could sure use your support, but it's easily, some of the most important work we do.
The Foglia Y provides:
- After-school programs, summer day camp, aquatics, youth sports, preschool and much more for children in need
- Annual food drives benefiting local charities
- Annual clothing drive benefiting local charitities such as the Gift of Love program thru Saint Francis de Sales Parrish
- Annual Giving Tree benefiting A Safe Place
- Mentoring opportunities
- Character-development programs
