This one hour session includes a video of you running on the treadmill. After the video, you will review it with the trainer to identify your strengths and weaknesses. Corrective exercises will be taught to enhance your form, function and efficiency of running.
Danette Lane is an RRCA certified running coach and an ACSM certified personal trainer. She has completed 45 marathons as well as numerous other races in her 20+years of running.
