We invite you to try out these two awesome classes!
Cadence Running provides a high endurance and cardiovascular conditioning workout. Professional, novice or recovering runner this class will meet your expectations. Belts are provided so even non swimmers can enjoy the fun! Meets every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10:15am 11:00am.
Water Boot Camp features intense workouts and lots of fun equipment to enjoy while doing it. With many stations to push your body the work out is always fun filled and enjoyable. Enjoy things like treading with fins, swim-o-war, and balancing board. Come for the fun on Thursday’s at 10:15am-11:00am.
