Lodging and Meeting Space

YMCA Camp Duncan is open year round and can accommodate multiple groups at one time. Groups can vary in size from 20 - 400 people. Camp Duncan offers a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor meeting spaces as well some great teambuilding and outdoor recreational program options.

YMCA Camp Duncan has several meeting spaces available to best suit the needs of your group. From small classrooms to large group meeting spaces - YMCA Camp Duncan can serve corporate retreats, girl scouts, boy scouts, outdoor education, church events, snowballs, and more.

Duncan House/Conference Center

The Duncan House is one of the newest additions to Camp Duncan. This adult conference/retreat center is the ideal location for companies, university groups, and or adult religious retreats. The meeting space is located between two large bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms. The Duncan House is equipped with a TV/DVD, CD player, overhead projector, round tables OR square tables, and chairs. It also has a gas fireplace and a deck that overlooks Fish Lake. The Duncan House is a beautiful facility that is private and versatile.  Additional amentities such as: easels and a slide screen are available upon request.

Fireside Lodge
Seating capacity 50
Fireside Lodge is a meeting space nestled in Camp Duncan’s Unit 2 cabin area. Inside the lodge you will find rollaway-folding tables and folding chairs. The wood burning fireplace creates a comfortable atmosphere for moments of reflection. Bathrooms are located in the basement of this building.  Additional amenities such as TV/DVD, CD Player, easel, and a slide screen are available upon request.

Sorenson Lodge
Seating capacity 88
Sorenson Lodge is located in Unit 4.  This area is a great, private space for groups between 30-90 people.  Inside the lodge you will find:  rollaway-folding tables, folding chairs, refrigerator, TV/DVD, and gas burning fireplace. Bathrooms are also located in the building.  Additional ammenities such as CD Player, easel, and slide screen are available upon request. 

Malcolm Lodge
Seating capacity: 300-400
The “HUB” of camp activities and centrally located, the Malcolm Lodge is a 3,240 square foot facility reserved for large group meetings and activities. The lodge is equipped with a gas fireplace.  Folding chairs are available for auditorium seating. The Malcolm Lodge is the common eating area, and is open inclusively to all groups in camp that require food service.  Additional amenities such as:  CD Player, TV / DVD, slide screen, and easels are available upon request.
