This warm-water exercise class helps get those joints moving and keep them moving! Intended for all ages and abilities, these safe exercises are performed in the comfort of warm water and are ideal for those recovering from injuries or surgery. Set in the 4-foot end of the family pool, this class uses noodles, barbells and the natural resistance of water for a great total body workout, which includes toning, stretching and aerobics.
