The YMCA offers a wide variety of free fitness classes for members. We also allow non-members to register for many of these classes (some require registration and fees for non-members). Some classes may require a minimum or maximum number of participants. Please see a fitness schedule for class days and times. A schedule can be picked up at our member services desk, on the YMCA web site or on display in our Fitness Center.

Many people find a favorite type of exercise class to take and stick with it, however we recommend a more balanced approach. Our exercise classes can help with cardio, strength and flexibility in different degrees. Changing fitness classes to focus on a different element can often be the next step your body needs. These programs can be grouped as Mind/Body, Cardio and Strength & Toning. We have expert, trained fitness staff that can help you find the best class for your needs.
Buehler YMCA's Body Training Systems (BTS) programs include Group Power, Group Centergy, Group Groove, Group Ride, Group Kick and Group Active.
