Participate in a wide variety of free cardio, strength and flexibility classes included in a Y membership.
The YMCA offers over 130 free fitness classes weekly for members. Our classes offer aerobic fitness, like Zumba, Group Step, Indoor Cycling and Group Kick; strength training classes like Group Power and Y Weight as well as those that combine strength and cardio fitness in a single energetic session (Group Active, Group Centergy). We also offer numerous Yoga & Pilates classes.
In addition, 40+ specialized classes are also offered each week for a nominal additional fee. TRX Suspension Training, GRIT and KettleWorx will challenge your fitness level with higher intensity workouts and specialized equipment.
Young exercisers can also benefit from our free Youth Fitness Classes and well as fee-based fitness classes. Youth TRX, Youth Cycle, Speed and Conditioning and Born to Move are offered weekly as well.
No registration required for FREE classes. Cycle classes are run on a TAG SYSTEM. First come, first serve. Pick up a tag at the front desk. Registration dates for fee based classes follow the YMCA’s Sessions every 6-8 weeks.

Many people find a favorite type of exercise class to take and stick with it, however we recommend a more balanced approach. Our exercise classes can help with cardio, strength and flexibility in different degrees. Changing fitness classes to focus on a different element can often be the next step your body needs. These programs can be grouped as Mind/Body, Cardio and Strength & Toning. We have expert, trained fitness staff that can help you find the best class for your needs.
