Body Training Systems (BTS)

These classes are carefully designed to deliver a simple, fun and effective social experience. And all independent of your age, gender, or fitness level. BTS programs are developed by National Program Development Teams that consist of Music Evaluators, Program Test Teams, and a Safety Advisory Board. BTS programs get you moving! The Unlimited Pass allows you to attend as many classes per week as you would like for the entire session.

BTS are available in single classes, unlimited passes and family unlimited passes.
