Facility Rentals

In addition to serving all your fun and fitness needs, Buehler YMCA also can be the source for your rental needs. We have the following rentals available: Adventure Center, Full Facility, Gym, Gymnastics, Meeting Rooms, Pools and Overnighters.

We can accommodate groups during the day, nights and weekends (do it yourself birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, team building, etc) You can swim, play wallyball, use the climbing wall or ropes course, play dodge ball or floor hockey, basketball etc. The Y is also a great place for larger groups looking for an after hours rental on Saturday or Sunday and we even do overnight lockins on Saturday nights. For rental rates and more information, please contact Nancy Lathrop at 847.410.5207 or email.

Have Your Next Party at the YMCA!

Birthday Celebrations!

All parties offered on weekends only for children ages 4-12 include a private room, instructor/party leader, decorations, paper goods and lemonade. You may bring in cake, snacks & goody bags. All parties are subject to space and staff availability. (Minimum 10/Maximum 20).

Pool Party:

Kids ages 8 and older enjoy free swim and play in our pools. Bring your own toys or use ours. Lifeguard on duty, 3-5pm, Sats. only. (One parent required on pool deck at all times).

Sports Party:

Instructor-led games and drills of basketball, dodge ball, floor hockey, soccer, or in combination. Available all year, but only late afternoons October-March.

Maze Party:

Unstructured time in the FAC exploring the maze, playing on the game floor, sport wall, DDR and more. Best for ages 8 and younger.

The fee for above parties:

Member: $13 per child

Non-member: $17 per child

Gymnastics Party:

Qualified gymnastics staff will coordinate your hour of gym time with apparatus & an obstacle course & games. Available most Saturday & Sunday afternoons after 1pm.

Member: $17 per child

Non-member: $21 per child

Adventure Center Party:

Play maze, climbing wall, DDR, Wii, sport wall and more. High ropes available for ages 9 & up on Saturday afternoon for additional $2 per child.

Member: $17 per child

Non-member: $21 per child

Lego Party:

Lots and lots of Legos, for using your imagination, building and free play. The party leader can offer a few competitions too. We can arrange for 20-30 minutes of Maze time if you can drag them away from the Legos! Geared for children ages 3-7.

Member: $16 per child

Non-member: $18 per child

Cyber Fitness Party:

This party includes everything in the Adventure Center Party PLUS 30 minutes in Cyber Fitness playing Guitar Hero, Trazor, Wii Resort and more. Available after 2pm.

Member: $19 per child

Non-member: $23 per child

Build-A-Party:

Have your own combination idea? You can add on activities or add time. Let us work with you to make it happen.
