Running in the water is a total body exercise that works your legs, trunk, and arms, and positively stresses your cardiovascular system. We are happy to announce that Deep Water Cadence Running will be included in our Fall session and will begin the week of September 5. Registration for this exciting program is now open, so kick your fitness routine up a notch, and try a new water challenge.
