Our 8-week ACTIVE8 Weight Loss Challenge program challenges you to get fit for the New Year. We'll provide you with weekly inspirational emails detailing fitness and nutrition education. All participants that complete the challenge will receive a prize, and winners will receive YMCA program vouchers (winners based on percentage of body weight loss).
