Years ago, the YMCA introduced an innovative exercise system called the Y MaxTraining System®, which has since changed the lives of hundreds of people across Chicagoland. Now, we're unveiling an even more challenging and holisitic option for individuals who take their training seriously. The Advanced Y MaxTraining System® is a research-based exercise and nutrition system customized for your goals, nutritional habits, health and fitness experience and predispositions.
Supervised portion extended to 45 minutes
Exercises in each portion focused on Full Body, Endurance/Volume, and Power
VEEP: a science-based platform for creating a custom eating plan based on your current weight loss goals and exercise habits
A weekly exercise plan for days without your trainer
Progress monitoring and accountability
Monthly weight goals
