Love Your Heart to March Madness Challenge

Help your Metro Chicago YMCA win the Love Your Heart to March Madness Challenge. Every YMCA in the association will compete head-to-head to average the most minutes of activity. The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 30 minutes a day of activity 5 times a week, so your goal is to log a minimum of 150 minutes of activity each week of the challenge.

The Foglia YMCA Expansion Reveal celebrates completion of major renovation

On January 23, the Foglia YMCA of Metro Chicago celebrated the completion of a 9,000-square-foot expansion, which nearly doubles the size of the gymnasium and enables the YMCA to offer new programming for individuals and families in the community. The project was made possible through the generous contributions of philanthropists Vince and Pat Foglia, civic leaders and community members.
